What is a blind box?

A blind box is a product where you won’t know which edition is inside until you open it. When you purchase a whole set, any regular edition may be replaced by a secret edition if it appears.

Can I choose a specific design?

No, blind boxes are random, and you cannot choose a specific design. Each series has different probabilities for each design. Please check the product page for details.

Can I definitely get the secret edition?

No, the secret edition is completely random. Each series has a different chance. Please check the product page for the exact probability.

What’s in the box?

Each blind box typically contains a figure, an ID card, small accessories, and a packet of desiccant. Any additional items will be clearly stated on the product page.

Are your products officially licensed?

Yes, all 52TOYS products are officially licensed. Each product page clearly shows the correct copyright information (e.g., © & ™ [Licensor]. Licensed by [Licensor/Agency]).

What is the recommended age for your products?

Most blind boxes are suitable for ages 15 and up and are not intended as toys for young children. For exact age guidance, please refer to the product packaging or product page.

Can I get gift wrap or a gift receipt?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift receipts.

Why do some products sell out quickly and when will they be restocked?

Popular items sell out quickly due to high demand. We’re working hard to restock, but exact dates aren’t available.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, cancel it and place a new order with the correct information. Once shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Orders cannot be merged after checkout. Shipping fees are calculated per order.

Is there a purchase limit?

Some popular products have purchase limits (e.g., 2–3 per account) to ensure fairness. Limits are shown on the product page at launch.

Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses?

PO Boxes: Available via USPS at checkout. APO/FPO addresses: Availability varies by item; please see our SHIPPING Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order on our TRACK MY ORDER page.

My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Check with your neighbors and the carrier using your tracking number. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact customer service or email cs@52toys.com with your order number.

Can you hold my shipment for a later date?

We cannot schedule shipments for a specific future date.

When will my order ship if it includes pre-order items? Can you split the shipment?

By default, orders containing pre-order items will ship once the last pre-order item is available. We will notify you via email of any updates. Mixed orders will ship together unless split shipping is offered at checkout.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. See our SHIPPING Policy for details.

AFTER-SALES

Do you provide replacement parts?

If a part arrives damaged or missing, contact customer service or email cs@52toys.com your order number and photos or videos. We’ll help source a replacement where possible. Refer to our AFTER-SALES Policy for details.

Do you make price adjustments?

We generally do not adjust prices for products that are already listed on our store.

What’s your return policy?

You can return unused, unopened items purchased within 30 days of delivery. For other situations, please refer to our AFTER-SALESPolicy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection (usually 3–7 business days), we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to process.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are available for the same item if it is in stock. Otherwise, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

My item is defective—what now?

Contact customer service or email cs@52toys.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will assist you according to our AFTER-SALES Policy.

What does your warranty cover, and for how long?

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 90/180/365 days from delivery. Remedies include replacement part, item replacement, or refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Are paint differences or minor marks covered?

Small paint variations, minor marks, or slight assembly differences usually aren’t considered defects. If unsure, contact customer service or email cs@52toys.com with photos or videos. See our AFTER-SALES Policy for details.

I opened a blind box and got duplicates. Can I return them?

Duplicates can occur in factory‑assorted series and are not defects. Opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How do gift returns work?

Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange. For gifts the customer paid for, standard AFTER-SALES Policy applies.

What payment types can I use?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Why was my payment declined?

Most declines are due to a mismatch with the billing address or security code. Double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank.

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

How do I clean PVC/ABS figures?

Dust with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid alcohol, acetone, or other solvents.

How should I protect figures from sunlight and heat?

Display away from direct sunlight and high heat to prevent fading or warping.

Any tips for magnets or batteries?

Keep magnets away from pacemakers and magnetic-sensitive devices. Batteries are not toys; follow local disposal rules.

How do I care for plush toys?

Spot-clean with mild soap and water. Air-dry thoroughly. Do not use washing machines or dryers.

Can I use stands or risers?

Yes, ensure stability and use non-reactive materials (acrylic, wood). Avoid adhesives on painted surfaces.

Is a strong “new toy” smell normal?

A mild factory scent may occur and usually fades within a few days. Ventilate in a cool, dry area.

How should I store unopened cases?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep flat. Avoid damp basements or hot attics.
